Reported Incidents
A reported incident does not necessarily mean that charges were filed, an arrest was made or that anyone was found in violation of campus policies or state/federal laws. A reported arrest means that a law enforcement officer detained an individual with the intention of seeking charges against the person for a specific offense(s) and a record was made of the detention. Also, for reporting purposes, statistics are limited to on-campus or college-owned property occurrences and those adjacent to the Pella campus. The College does not have student organizations that use or reside in non-campus facilities.
