Record Keeping
All conduct records from all hearing bodies and administrative hearing officers are maintained by the dean of students on behalf of the college for seven years from the time of their creation. Judicial records are considered “educational records” and fall under the guidelines of FERPA with regard to release of information and confidentiality.
