Personal Property On Campus
The college is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. Personal property is defined as any property not furnished by the college and is not covered by college insurance. Residents are encouraged to check with parents concerning their home-owners policy and/or students may wish to carry their own insurance protection against loss or damage of personal property.
Personal must be stored within rooms, suites, pods, townhouses and may not be stored in stairwells or hallways. Personal item storage is neither available nor provided outside a student’s room or pod.
Remember, all college-owned furnishings must remain within the designated student room. “Lofting storage” is for the college’s lofting supplies only.
Residents are encouraged to lock their rooms, suites, and exterior doors when sleeping and/or when leaving the room unoccupied for any reason.
