4. Amendment Of The Constitution And Bylaws
A. This constitution, other than Sections FC.1, and FC.2.A – FC.2.C, which originate from the Bylaws of Central College, may be amended by a two-thirds vote of voting members at any regular meeting of the Faculty at which a quorum is present.
B. The Faculty Bylaws may be amended by a majority vote of voting members at any regular meeting of the Faculty at which a quorum is present.
