A.  All Enrolled Students at Central College will be subject to the same student policies and expectations, regardless of age. Central College does not stand in loco parentis to any of its students, regardless of age. Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as Central College assuming a duty to protect an Enrolled Student who is a Minor when no such duty exists with respect to an Enrolled Student who is not a
