Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is designed to help employees lead a happier and more productive life at home and work. Call for confidential access to a Licensed Professional Counselor who can help in the following areas: stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, grief, and family or parenting issues.
Employees can also reach out to a specialist for help with balancing work and life issues. Just call one of Unum’s Work/Life Specialists. They can answer questions and help find resources in your community for childcare, eldercare, financial services, debt management, identity theft, legal questions, and working through medical/dental bills.
EAP services are available to all eligible partners and employers, their spouses or domestic partners, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law.
Up to 3 in-person visits are available at no additional cost to you with a Licensed Professional Counselor. The counselor may refer to resources in your community for ongoing support.
